Registration rules 

 

 
Participation in the GEOTRACES summer school is subject to selection by the Scientific Committee, up to 60 participants.
Selected participants will have to present a poster.
 
Applicants can also apply for a travel support grant.
Applicants from emerging countries will be considered in priority.
 
Accepted participants will be notified by email on April 30th, 2017.

To apply, please follow the successive steps given below:

          
1) Apply to the summer school before 15th April, 2017

Click on the "apply" link to download the application form and follow instructions provided.

Your application will be completed once we receive the application form correctly completed, the letter of reference and the letter of agreement from your supervisor.


2) Notification

On April 30th, 2017, you will be notified to know whether your participation is accepted or not. If your application is succesful, you will have to formally register and pay the appropriate fee, through the link provided.

Note that we will contact separately the students who will be awarded a grant.
 

3) Registration

Payment procedure can be done after formal acceptance  (deadline May 12th, 2017).  Your registration will be guaranteed as soon as your payment is made.
